1. General Return Policy (Non-Defective Items)
- Return Window: You may return non-defective items within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Restocking Fee: All returns on non-defective items will incur a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns of installed or damaged products will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items.
Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at orders @ecoplumbingsupply.com within the 15 day return window, providing details of the reason for return.
- Step 2: Once reason for return is confirmed / approved we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Step 3: Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee for non defective items.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome. If the item is unused in new condition, we will issue a refund or replacement based on what the buyer is requesting.
2. Defective Item Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items that are confirmed defective due to manufacturing faults. If your item is defective, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. Items found to be damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear will not be considered defective. If the item is found to be non-defective, the 25% restocking fee will apply.
Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. Defective items outside this period are not eligible for return.
- Return Shipping:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs upfront.
- Once the defect is confirmed after inspection, return shipping costs will be reimbursed to the buyer.
- Process:
- Contact our customer service at orders@ecoplumbingsupply.com within the 15 day window to report the defect and request an RMA number.
- Send the defective item back to us using a traceable shipping method.
- After inspection and confirmation of the defect, you will receive a full refund and reimbursement for return shipping.
Refunds & Replacements
- If the returned item is confirmed to be defective, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the inspection approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-made orders.
- Items that show signs of installation or use without any defect.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- For defective items, include a description of the defect and, if possible, photos to assist in the inspection process.
5. Exclusions For Returns
- Items that show signs of damage from improper installation, misuse, or regular wear and tear.
- Items returned without prior authorization (RMA number).
- Non-defective items, when stating they are.
- Items that have been installed and used without any apparent defect.
